The idle of a vehicle shouldn't change much at all with the installation of a throttle body spacer like the part # AR300-574 that you referenced. If your idle is off you may recheck the install to be sure there are no vacuum leaks around the throttle body/spacer as that may cause the vehicle to hunt for idle.

Airaid offer cold air intakes in two stages. Stage 1 being a new filter and a box that isolates it from engine air which is warmer and stage 2 which includes that plus a new pipe that connects the air box to the throttle body of the vehicle.

There are different ways to lift a vehicle so that could be one factor, Also, it isn't really a measurement so much as it is based on what the amount of lift is supposed to be.
You would measure, though, with the truck on the ground and not loaded so if there is a 2 inch gap use a 2 inch spacer # F2366 and so on.
